We will refund the 100% of the product value (including shipping). In the following cases:
Case 1: Manufacturer’s error or carrier’s fault during delivery to the customer.
When detecting errors during delivery, customers should respond to us immediately within 2 days via Fanpage or hotline: 0936.163.082. We will enthusiastically answer and fix errors for customers.
All exchange / returns in the event are completely free.
Case 2: The customer is not satisfied with the product.
Potty does not fit the toilet. (In order to limit this problem, please check the SP size carefully or consult us before ordering)
Do not like SP for any reason.
Firstly, please contact us within 1 week of receipt of goods for further advice. If the problem is not resolved and the customer wants to exchange / return and refund 100% of the product value.
2. Process of exchange & refund
Step 1: Package the product
Package products with consignment notes, including:
– Your shipping slip, email, your full name
– Indicate the reason for the return
– STK bank if you want to transfer money back.
