Any Potty was bought from Boom Potty could be returned follow our policy within 2 weeks. In case of customer detected any fault form manufacturer or the carrier, please announce us within 2 days via fanpage or hotline: 0936.163.082

We are please to reply as soon as possible.  We will refund or exchange any potty, you have only to send potty to follow our adress.

Step 1:  Do Product Packing

• Pack the potty and shipping invoice
• lists the reason bellow why you return this product
• List your bank account to be refunded.
